Some really great ideas! Any of the things you mentioned are wonderful and thoughtful gifts! I totally agree on the "Snoogle"! I am 6 months postpartum with my second, and I also cannot give it up! Best pillow ever, especially for someone with a sore back.

I would add a gift certificate for dinner and a movie, to the list. Those special dates before baby arrive are so important! And once you are consumed with Motherhood duties, it becomes a little harder to go out. :-)
