  • HI,

I already make an car meter to my car, looks ok, but I didn't succes to make inverse mode row...like you have TEMPERATURE and BATTERY. If I put inverse mode it makes all screen inverse, not only the row.

I try to do like this: DC=0( command mode) / Set inverse mode/ DC=1/Position of text row/ Text/ DC=0/Set normal mode/DC=1( data mode ),..and not work

Can you explain me how to make this ?...

  • I like that green backlight color, looks shiny.

  • try with another pre-compiled HEX. PS: it uses a ceramic capacitor.

  • The datasheet only says that a *minimum* of 1.0uF is needed, but I have a 10uF cap...

  • that should be because you are not using the 100pF capacitor in the LCD wiring!

  • Is this a generic display? If so, what does your initialization routine look like? I have a clone LCD and I have yet to find the right series of steps to get it to not chop some rows in half...
