CineGente is a non-profit organization, teaching free filmmaking, theatre and journalism skills. By telling a story or reporting on something important from their own perspectives, these new filmmakers can give themselves and their communities a voice. They can reach across the community and across the world.

We encourage people to tell their stories through filmmaking, theatre and video journalism. We also produce videos for non profit organizations, free of charge. Within the framework of all workshops, we include health, environmental, human rights or animal welfare education.
