I seem to remember an episode where Mayor Davis and tied and gagged by Dr. Badvibes and Rock Crusher. I've forgotten the title, however.

That's what was kinda cool about the writers actually taking a step with their relationship. I once had a dream about Nightshade quitting and the rest of the crooks having to put up with her annouying replacement (an annouying Nepoleon Dynamite type who specialized in gadgets.)

Well it was a kid's cartoon from the 80's - for these shows to have a long term plotline is rare enough.

Shame the show didn't last longer, I could've seen the writer showing her go straight and those to finally getting together.
