20 Minute Pick Up - Kitchen

Happy New Year! I'm back home and back to organizing. I thought it might be fun to try a 20 minute pick up. My target this time? The kitchen! There are several areas of my house in which piles of stuff tend to accumulate, and the kitchen is definitely one of them. Having the timer on helped me really focus and not get stuck on decisions that are really quite simple to make. I hope you enjoy!

you are so right when saying that if the house is messy so are you inside.i feel just like that when something is out of the place.i like things to be organized, where they belong. often when i'm not feeling good i find something to do around the house and after i am much better

@ioanarm Cleaning/organizing for me is better than chocolate or tea or shopping, which are some of my other favorite ways to unwind :)

Are you going to be doing a "what's in my purse video?" Would love to see what's in your hello kitty make up bag. :) My purple lululemon backpack (just like your carry on) finally made it to my friends place in Buffalo along with all my Container Store goodies. But the weather has been exceptionally bad or I would go get it. I can't wait to see it all, especially that bag. It's been in post office limbo since Jan 3 but now its safe and sound and only 2hrs (and 1 country) away. :-)

Just finished watching your mud room pick up which brought me to this video. I am the same way. If my house is in a disarray...I am too. I have to have a clean kitchen. I don't like anything in my sink, on my counters, or on my kitchen table. I love your cabinets - the color & detail. Beautiful!

I like watching both videos and tips please don't change anything. I find both is what inspires me. I've cleaned most of my closet, under my kitchen sink, under my bathroom sink, my husbands bathroom sink, well on my way to starting a craft room. I got a label maker and the pack it cubes all because of watching your videos. I've got a list of things still to do, but I just wanted to show some of the things I've done because of your videos. Please don't change anything, it really helps me a lot.
