Ummm Orla has the most gorgeous and haunting voice ever and she truly blows Lisa away on these types of songs.

I think this sounds really great! I wish they would have done a duet for real! I would love to hear them singing Carrickfergus together, too. :)

I enjoy the mixture of the background music, and their voices are good together, but with the two different lyric sets/timing it bothers my ears too much in places to deeply enjoy it, even though I REALLY want to. This is one of my FAVORITE songs. However, the lyrics for the chorus that Lisa sings are...different...from the traditional lyrics, which bothers me a bit. IDK what she says instead, but traditionally the line is this: Siúil go doras agus éalaigh liom...which is what Orla sings.

I have goose bumps.

Even though I totally LOVE Lisa, I think that Orla's voice fits this song better.

@MRWEATHERMASTER She never tried to take it from her...Lisa recorded this version for her ablum before Celtic Woman started. In Lisa's version it is easier to understand the words, but Orla's voice fits the song better I think. I like them both :)

@angel3454jolly AGREED.

Acutally, she beats every celtic woman, past, present and future in these types of songs :D

The dislike bar is as big as Justin Bieber's penis
Addition to titanica167: Overall, this is a great piece, please don't take my observation/comment wrong...it was just that, a comment/observation about the two songs/voices/lyric sets. You did a great job at blending them as best you could given how they were recorded (separately! xD)

@LadyTalons Ah it's ok I made this duet a long time so I basically just put the two audio files together in garageband, I'm not even sure if I knew how to use the fade out options in the program. I keep meaning to make a better version, but I get so busy!
