Thanks for the support guys! Yes, although this is untraditional for Zumba, my classes love abs at the end of class too. It is a great way of strengthening the core and improving the overall Zumba experience. Zumba love!!

Great ab routine!! My class loves a good ab routine at the end of class and I love to find something that allows me to really show them how to focus on core strength. It really does help them become more aware of engaging their core throughout the class. They aren't often aware of the importance of it when they first start a class and this allows us, as instructors, to help them strengthen their core even more.

Great abs routine.....to respond to those who asked.."is this Zumba?"..well, yes it is! My class loves to do this at the end..if you do it like she is, then it really helps your students to become more aware of their "core" and how to move your abs when you are doing a full out dance routine. Many of the participants that come to Zumba, are not aware of their bodies and how they move, and how they can get them to move, and this type of song will help them...GREAT JOB!!!!

@msmamiyankee88 It's a song for ab work, usually done at the end of a zumba class before the cool down. Everyone likes a good ab routine....nice work :)
