Tucked up his undercarriage and didn't land. Guess that wasn't the airport he was looking for!

yep I was a crewchief on the R and T models at Fairchild AFB in the late 90's. Did the engine run tests all the time too, with engines cranked.

well werever u read that was bull shit. those are f-108 engines. the dangerzone is 300 feet to the rear 5 feet to the sides and 15 feet in front. trust me i stand in front of them running all the time

I read that someone did that but got sucked up into the engines while he was filming. He was never seen again.
