After reading a few comments, have realized that some of you have not been there in person. These are amazing bldgs and are certainly not see through so everything you see has to be projected from outside since walls are all made of thick ceramic tiles, millions of small tiles. Has to be seen to be appreciated.

ppl, it IS a projector, but the image is being projected from the INSIDE of the building. How, the building is slightly transparent, so very intense light will also appear on the outside of the building, without making the building glow ( the light stays on the surface). ^^If you read all that, i'll just let you know that it is all bullshit that made up in the last minute.
