  • @motoegg72. I didn't do it..it took a tool I didn't have so I took it to a gun shop. But from the looks of it, it wouldn't be hard to do

  • @canofcheesewiz1 yeah you can still down the sights.  Depending on were you put the stock it may even be easer to aim down the sights.

  • iv got an sks and switched it out with the tapco stock but cant figure out hhow to switch out the stock wood on the gas chamber so i can put my picketany on it for my red dot, got any tips?

  • hey i got a few questions, im looking into buying an sks but there hard to find with what i want. so i was going to get a very cheap wooden stock one and basically do as you did. but is there any specific sks model i should use/not use and what not. basically asking for any details regarding this i SHOULD know before i attempt this.
