20 british bands in 60 seconds

i used to work for my school's cctv. the "20 in 60" segment was a concept idea that i never carried over from the summer. but it would have been badass. 20 condom wrappers found on the football field in 60 seconds? 20 of the worst teachers you'll ever meet in 60 seconds? badass.

the vines are australian, i know. but it seems to a number of us that they are generally included in the "second wave of britpop" category
