This is not a remake - this song existed before One Piece did. folder5 borrowed the sample and used it, like MCHammer did with "Super Freak" and "You Can't Touch This".

This just proves the original is not always better. This is too remixed and... I dunno. I just don't like it as much. The Japanese One Piece version is more lively and makes more sense in my opinion.
