They tried something new with one song on the OST and people are ready to crucify them at the stake for it.

I agree that persona music matches the atmosphere perfectly, this on the other hand sounds... awkward, like I'd be ashamed to have anyone watching me play this game while this 'music' was paying...

I think it's stupid that they took it out. In Persona there's songs that have lyrics that sound silly but it's Jpop, there's this feel to it that feel nice.

Good logic, but it falls apart because the lyrics used in the Steppe, Oerba and Sunleth were in english as well and were included in this release they're just hard to hear at times. Either way, I kind of like this version, and the one used in the game stateside.
