Why did Jack Murtha speak about the Haditha incident? Because it was brought to the attention of Congress by the UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS. The USMC are the ones who wanted them to be prosecuted. Murtha relied on information supplied by commissioned officers of the Marines. And call him what you want, just remember one thing, come Novemeber 5th, you'll still be calling him Congressman Jack Murtha. A Hero and a Patriot!!! Long Live Jack Murtha.

Give them their day in court. It will not change the fact that 1. Jack Murtha will be re-elected and 2. Charges were brought against them by the United States Marine Corps, not by Jack Murtha. This is just more of the same propaganda from phony fly by night rightwing partisan patriots, and I use the term loosely. And it is the United States Marine Corps that have decried the not guilty verdict. Murtha will EASILY be re-elected. Look on the bright side, 2 more years to spew your hate.

It was not old for the eight honorable Marines and their families. It was long and hard and NEVER SHOULD have happened! I am glad these men and their families will have their days in court and Murtha will have to face them.
