Recorded in high definition at the 33rd Annual Central Oahu District Band Festival
South Parade of Bands
held on Friday, March 6, 2009
at Aiea High School Gym
(Island of Oahu, Hawaii)

The Moanalua High School Symphonic Wind Ensemble under the direction of Mr. Elden T. Seta
performs for their second and final piece "Easter Symphony - II - The Death Tree" by David Holsinger

This video does not do justice to the intensity and emotion that filled that gym....you had to have been there. However, I hope that you enjoy it and watch the conclusion of it in Part 2.

  • Did you record the Aliamanu Panther Band?

  • Sorry, I didn't ... was low on disk space on my camcorder. I'll try next time I get a chance!

  • I was at this performance. Of course i was playing but not with this band. I was in the Aliamanu Panther Band. Me and my friend Shariah loved this band. We kept on hearing the Radford Band Talking bad about them. So me and her told them that this band was better than they will ever be.

  • terrence chida is a beastly beast
