have any of you guys actually had to move a car that was broke down and in neutral? its not really all that difficult. now if the parking brake was on, thats a different story.

@Rival904 - True, however this was back day. Not leg day. Pushing the truck with legs is easy. NOtice however during the push, our backs are in a constent state of tention. This static hold helps increase hypertophy. Pushing the truck is a back work out, not a leg work out..
