    Chin Ups - Ne gi pravis pravilno ali toa najverojatno znaes. Brada nad rucki treba da ti bide. 25 pravilni da umres treba za da naprais. Deadlifts brao brat 50 komada so 50 kila smrt. Nozete si gi sredil gleam ne si picka vise! haha

    Moze da ne si volku fantom! Svinja spremna! hahaha
