I really liked the vid cause it was clear he was employing good technique. I do worry that like most traditional martial arts, practitioners get lost in the confines of their own discipline and this is because the attacker and defender are both part of the same body of knowledge and this makes the result a foregone conclusion. This is why it sometimes seems really contrived. What about against a judoka or a karateka or a boxer?
