Anonymous explanation of scientologys beliefs

Hello again, this is my brief explanation of scientology

Not alot of people know about what Scientology is about, because many scientologists are not taught it until level three, in which time they would have donated 190,000 dollars to the church.
Also the Xenu story is publicly denied even though it is a core belief, they insist it is a small part of there religion and that it is used by critics to easily dismiss it as a bad science fiction story.
They believe that 75 million years ago there was a galactic confederation consisting of 75 planets and 25 stars. Earth was part of this galactic confederation at around the dawn of man. The ruler of this galactic confederation was the evil lord Xenu, and loyal officers (the good guys) were trying to take him down and he knew it. Xenu thought his planet was over-populated so he rounded up aliens and took them to Earth In DC-8 aircraft but with rocket engines. He placed them around volcanoes all over the world and then hydrogen bombed them, But the alien souls escaped into the air, Xenu had prepared for this and captured them in a net and forced them to watch a 36 day long 3D movie.The idea is that the movie implanted the idea of religion and other "Fake" ideas. When xenu released these souls they wandered the earth until they found us. These "thetans" possessed our bodys in a way, giving us mental illness and taking away our "Godlike" powers. To gain our powers we must exorcise these body thetans by spending thousands and millions of dollars on auditing until we become level 3, then we are told the story and how we must exorcise them, which is another few years of auditing.

Xenu? Why does he have a name with english letters, if hes alien? or is that translated from something else? I dont get it. I'm assuming that '36' is a scientolists lucky number...

i mean if you think about it.... I am not surprised in the least that they actually believe this.

Im not sure how many members scientology there are but i know the number pales in comparison to christianity which is just as much bs as scieentology. If scientology was written 2,000 yrs ago by some prophet Hubbard, swapping characters like Xenu and Hubbard with names like god and jesus, you would have a more compelling religion than christianity 2,000 yrs down the road.

I have thought about religion for a long time, I was raised catholic and was never convinced that there was a God due to the amount of evil in the world. But I believe that we all have Ki (life energy/ a life force) and when sum1 dies they may choose to exist as energy or try to cling to life. Those that try to cling to life, their ki is filled with hatred and jealousy for those still alive, and that malevolent ki becomes disease and plagues the living. Even that isn't as retarded as Scientology
