It seems as though not too many people who commented on the clip actually heard what Dr. King said. He stated that for African Americans to be free depended, in part, on white people of good will doing their part for that attainment. Dr. King knew that number (white people of good will) was very small. He had no delusions of a universal white engagement to further that end. If one takes the time to read the ENTIRE march on Washington speech, then one would see that point quite clearly.

if Blacks are soft on non-blacks they accept them(a little bit) example are MLK & Mandela; but if the Blacks are like Khalid Mohammed, Malcolm X, Robert Mugabe, who will make a good difference and open the eyes and mind of the Blacks they are the enemy.

MLK was trying to unite and trying to be accepted by whites. whereas Malcolm X, WAS the man who gave power to the Black people. that is the main reason MLK is still accepted by few white and he have MLK day.

Malcolm who gave us the insight, still considered the enemy. his family R still the target many unspeakable thing R still happening to his family.(die in fire, stealing, ID theft....)

Very interesting comments on the words of Dr. King. He was a visionary and prophet and now even his own turn against him.  A sad state of affairs and I hope cooler heads prevail in our future.

Yeah and his name was Michael. After a trip to Europe (Germany) his father changed his and his son's names to Martin after Martin Luther - German priest and professor of theology who initiated the Protestant Reformation.

Martin Luther King was NOT agree with black empowerment he was agree with integration and thats the issue i have with him. He was not agree that black people should empower themselves economically so black people can become an independent race who own their own corporations and institutions and from there white people and other non-blacks wouldn't have any power over them anymore. And when you think about it if he was still alive black people would be in deeper problems because he miss lead us.

I never trusted Martin Luther King anyway that guys was just a fucking cracker lover who was figthing for integration and for the love and acceptance of those who hate us. The black authority (a man who own a radio station dadicated to the benefit of black people) said that he's not criticizing him. But me i am going to criticize this him because i know that Martin Luther King is NOT what black people think that he is.
