what engines do they have?
-
Tractor pullers need time to warm up their engines in order to get the boost pressure, water injection etc running into the engine properly if you go to a tractor pull tractors warm up just before they go on to the track, So nearer the end of the video the tractor sounds better and not as chokey
-
The tractor generally need 5 to 10 minutes to warm up the block and got the boost and water going in to the system properly after that time the tractors do sound alot better and healthier that when they first get started up
-
its a multistage turbo setup running 80 or more psi of boost, it wont run "right" at idle ever, it needs to have a load on it and have the turbos spooled up.

I wana go!!!!!! :):):):):):):)

looks and sounds like the engine could do with some more tuning!!

The other drag tractor was not started. There was an issue with oil pressure - they were not sure if it was a genuine issue, or if the gauge was broken. I might have some photo's - I will look. :)
