http://www.interfacett.com Jeremy Cioara on TSHOOT is a new component of the CCNP curriculum at Interface Technical Training. TSHOOT: Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks v1.0 is an 5-day instructor-led training course that is presented by Cisco training partners to customers who use Cisco products. This five-day course is designed to help network professionals improve the skills and knowledge that they need to maintain their network and to diagnose and resolve network problems quickly and effectively. It also assists the network professional in preparing for Cisco CCNP® certification. This course is a component of the CCNP curriculum.

The course is designed to teach professionals who work in complex network environments the skills that they need to maintain their networks and to diagnose and resolve network problems quickly and effectively. The course will provide information about troubleshooting and maintaining particular technologies, as well as procedural and organizational aspects of the troubleshooting and maintenance process. A large part of the training will consist of practicing these skills and reinforcing the concepts by putting them to use in a controlled environment. At the end of the course, the students will have increased their skill level and developed a set of best practices that are based on their own experience and the experiences of other students and that they can take back to their organizations.

What I valued most is that I was able to identify with a CCIE (in my own pursuit) as he works through the TSHOOT scenarios; your approach was very down-to-earth and appreciated. I absolutely recommend your training series as a supplement to one's TSHOOT training. Jeremy, I recently had the opportunity to check out the TSHOOT vids. I must say. I really liked your approach on this as it's the most unique (and refreshing!) CBT I've ever seen from anyone. What I liked the most is that we were able to follow along and relate (almost exactly!) to the issues you were coming across as I followed along in my own scenarios (from TSHOOT lab manual). My only constructive input would be to maybe incorporate (or make mention of) more of the TSHOOT methods and terms as
