RsmvAwards December 2010 Contest Intro

Hello and welcome to RsmvAwards 22nd Contest!

NOTE: If you see a video "Uploaded November 30th" please don't worry, YouTube is based in a different time zone, so for example some1 uploads a video "December 1st" where they are but could still be "November 30th" where YouTube is Located.
This date is also accepted because the last day of each month is dedicated as the 'Judge's day of voting'. - Making this day videos wouldn't be accepted for any contests and would make it unfair if someone were to upload their video then.
(Hopefully that makes sense) =D

NEW RULE:
If you place 1st - 3rd in this contest, you will not be allowed to enter for 3 months.
-----Example----- If you place 1st - 3rd in this December contest, you will be unable to enter until -April 2011-
If you place 4th - 10th in this contest, you will not be allowed to enter for 1 month.
-----Example----- If you place 4-10th in this December contest, will be unable to enter until -February 2011-
