Yeah, the guy in the brown shirt with the rifle, he ended up in quicksand in "Tarzan's Greatest Adventure". I remember seeing that scene for the first time when I was a kid and I felt so sorry for him.  That arm sticking up out the quicksand was really creepy. Great clip, BartGunnFan!

the things some super athletes have to do for a living................gordon scott didn't have to get this messy when he starred in his hercules films.seeing these clips made me get a series of gordon scott films in the mail..................he was a MAGNIFICENT ATHLETE of that there is no doubt and for his Hercules films in Italy he was a personal training partner of the great Steve Reeves

Gordon Scott is my favorite Tarzan as well. It's amazing to me that after all these years Hollywood has not been able to make a Tarzan movie that is better than this film, or Greatest Adventure, and Gordon Scott is truely worthy of having been responsible for the best Tarzan performance ever on screen. Years ago I asked Jock Mahoney about being a part of this film and he told me he thoroughly enjoyed it.
