Obesity and being overweight is a serious problem in the United States, both to our personal health and the health of loved ones, and the impact related diseases have on the cost of Health Care.

Heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, breathing and mobility problems are just a few of the damaging effects obesity causes

Why are Americans so fat? I think it comes down to Education, Sedentary Lifestyle, Lack of Exercise, and Personal food choices.

    That was a small but measurable increase from 62.2% the previous year. The survey finds that 36.6% of Americans are overweight and 26.5% obese.

  • Europe as a whole has a lot more activities for people to do and it simply has more "walkability" whereas in America you almost MUST drive anywhere to see anything.
