Super Mario Galaxy : Bowser Jr.'s Robot Reactor - Megaleg's Moon

This is the first boss galaxy in the game. And even though Bowser Jr. makes an appearance here, he is not the boss. Instead, Mario will have to fight a gigantic robot named Megaleg.

BOSS: Megaleg
"MY LEG!"
Uh, anyway, Megaleg is a HUGE robot whose face resembles a Snifit. To defeat Megaleg, you first have to climb on top of its head; this is done by walking up one of its legs.

Once Mario is on its head, you'll notice that there are several Bullet Bill cannons around. You have to lead one of them to the cage at the center, blowing it up. You'll see a glass case with the Grand Star, but then some gates spawn around it. You didn't think it would be that easy, did you?

So, once again, you have to lead some Bullet Bills to first break a panel of the gate, and then you need one to break the glass case. Doing so will result in Megaleg getting destroyed, and Mario can grab the Grand Star.

another good idea is to have a bullet bill follow you, as you jump into the grand star cage, then detonate the megaleg. that's how i did it.
