Try taking out the brew unit, use the screw to remove the housing and clean the filter thoroughly. Put it up against a light and make sure you can see all the holes.
Remember the sequence of the disassembly and don't lose any part.
@taye1234 Thanks for the advice. I tried cleaning the brew unit, the grinder box, etc. All without success. I took it in for service and the boiler needed to be replaced. Turns out those only have a 3-5 year useful life. And here's a tip - descale your machine monthly to keep your machine running smoothly.
Thanks. I had to have the boiler replaced. Just got the unit back. Evidently the boilers wear out after 4-5 years.
