August 10th ~ National Smores Day!

August 10th is National S'mores Day!

Ingredients
½ cup butter, room temperature
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ⅓ cups all purpose flour
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs*
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
2 king-sized milk chocolate bars I used 2 4oz bars (Hersheys)
1 jar cups marshmallow creme/fluff (not puffed marshmallows)
