I would say it this way :
Es kling ein bisschen fad, vor allem wenn ich mir dann vorstelle eine Sendung wie CSI so anzusehen ...
With one oft the best I mean that the german dubbed version is one of the best compared to other countries who are also dubbing movies etc..
