@westofeden Its cause thats what todays calling Rock. This isn't rock, this is true Rock and Rool. Not rock, Rock and Roll. Fine difference. I saw the cover a magazine the other day and it read, 'Kings of Rock.' On the cover were Lil Wayne, Kieth Richards and Eminem. The world of music today has so vastly broadened the range of the word 'Rock.' So anyone who cares for good music, we're forced to, and I'd rather, call it Rock and Roll. And this song is some true Rock and Roll.

I graduated from high school in 1968. The year and month that this song was released. Yes, I am a baby boomer and it certainly does feel as the world has revolved around me and my generation. I have lived a good life, raised two outstanding Sons, and best of all...I was fortunate enough to have loved and married my wife...Susie Q. "Oh Susie-Q, baby I love you, oh Susie-Q." These words have been the best part of my life for almost forty years now!
