@4hoovesnstripes These puppies are amazingly trained! :D I just got a border collie puppy this past Sunday - 8 weeks, hadn't been trained yet. He's still having the occasional accident, and although he picked up on standard fetching the first day, I want to make sure he's challenged and trained well. (For example, he's gnawing, and "leave it" and trading him a toy instead of my hand doesn't cut it... Not even a shake of the ruff!) Are there any resources you'd recommend for someone like me?

did you train them all to down individually first?

Honey , I really love those pups .it's ok dear , if u treat me as a retard . I love the way u feel towards them..I feel the same when it comes to my dog( Shadow)..u know what , I c an angel in u when u train them...all I wanna say is I love u ANGEL..and my kiss to loyal little collies ...

The white one seems like the "Runt of the bunch". How are the puppies doing now?

@AtheidsX The white one was actually the largest puppy from the beginning, and still is. I kept the white one, Slick, and the red/white one, Scamper. Both work in Obedience, Agility and Flyball as well as helping around the farm!

once you train the puppies, what is the best thing to do use clickers? because I'm getting a border collie at 8 weeks old and I'm not sure what to do

@xXgreenday001xX It is important to remember that a tool will never train a dog, that is your job. relying too heavily on a tool, especially not used properly can be detrimental to your communication skills. That being said, tools can certainly be used as an aid to your communication as long as it is used as a support for leadership, body language and proper communication.
