yes, it is the dress she wore for her music vid *what you waiting for*, as the white queen/witch ... n also the red dress she wore in the same music vid is also from this collection (it's in part 1 = 2:20), i think she was meant to b the red queen (something like dat) in dat vid while wearing dat gown .. ... .... XD
