How to put new cheats to the R4 - Using Cheat Code Editor

Im going to show you how to put new cheats using the Cheat Code Editor

1)Download the Cheat code editor http://www.r4ds.me/other/Cheat-code-editor-en-v1.01.rar
2)Create a new game data
3)Write the name of the Game
4)Click on "Search ID" and search the game then copy/paste the ID to the -Game ID-.
5)Create a new cheat.
6)Enter the name of the code.
7)Search on internet the -cheat data- and copy/paste it.
8)Click on update changes.
9)Save the usrcheat.dat to the system folder.
10) ENJOY YOUR NEW CHEATS (:

I have NDS use R4

but if I put usrcheat.dat to my r4,when i play, there isn't cheat pokemon but in the usr cheat there is pokemon cheat.. why???
