how much weight was she pulling? And btw, I would never use this machine to workout my chest. Standing chest press is so retarded. Companies just keep creating these machines to suck the money out of the idiots who don't know anything about bodybuilding. The traditional bench press (flat/declined/inclined) + dumbbell flys are the ideal combination to build a bigger chest. Standing chest press -.- stupid.. The girl looks great btw xD

you might want to add that this exercise isn't recommended for heavier weights, because it will become very hard to keep your body in balance whilst pressing. Unless you lean forward, but this will then again change the motion of the arms and the angle in which the pectorals are strained.

If you do it right, the correct amount of weight, reps and sets, and let yourself rest and build afterwards - then yes, just like any other exercise...

Better than any other exercise.

Neither. It works the muscles underneath the breast tissue so wont affect the cup size or the breasts at all. It can increase 'perkiness' (for lack of a better word) by strengthening the underlying muscle, but that's about as far as it goes in terms of breast augmentation.
what is the recomended weight, and duration for this excersis?.

Without knowing your physical ability it is impossible to answer. That question is more for a physical trainer to answer, this video just shows how to do it.
