@CR125MANIAC No, we don't have forged pistons, nor cylinders , and also engine nor Turbo isn't melting at all, because we are keeping lambda under 11 !!! :-D

@kopronko so the cylinders are forged or not and are pistons forged as that engine will soon melt and blow welds on intake manifold and blow pressure welds on turbo

@CR125MANIAC Bullet proof internals are saying, that the head gaskets and piston rings are having no problemmm :-)))

I wouldnt like to be that lil engine when the throttle is taken off straight away thats basically saying comon engine seize or turbo go on blow your seals we dont mind.

It was 2,8 Bars of Booost , = over 40 Psi :-) But we managed to boost it up to 46 Psi . But we already have a bigger turbine, to get more Booost :-) and with God's guidance we go :-)
Sorry for my english...but that's a fantastic work, i've the same saxo 1.4... can you tel me the settings ?

@Ludix03 20 degrees of spark advanced time at full boost is the best , and that's what we have :-) + lambda -11- .
And , of course, a lot of God's Help included :-))

@kopronko thats alot of boost! lol, what internals? whats is the spec? i have a turbo 1.6 8v...see my videos, 218bhp @ 15 psi :)

@blackie2k11 I also maded such engine turbo on Peugeot 206 , and i consider it The Best Tuning Choice for everyday car :-)
