Lightbulb Spinning Top Battle (broken glass!)

At the 2009 World Yo-Yo contest we improvised a spintop battle using incandescent lightbulbs. Alan Gray had discovered that standard lightbulbs can be wrapped with string and spun as normal peg tops. Many of the spintop players (and judges) should have known better but they could not resist the thrill . . . We underestimated the toughness of rounded glass so we had to change the rules several times to actually get broken glass.
