I'm so confused! Is it actually America and England talking, or are they two different characters entirely, but with the same voice actors? Because they talk about America's independance and America's childhood and I don't recall those particular scenes being in the anime.

@SirCuddleBuns It is actually America and England's' voice actors, and it is about the anime. It's a Drama CD, which means it's not in the anime, but it is a more dramatic back-story to the anime. I hope that makes sense xD
