Obama is the first President to encourage racial discrimination and intimidation at polling places.

Obama is the first President to have a law signed by an auto-pen without being present.

Obama is the first President to arbitrarily declare an existing law unconstitutional and refuse to enforce it.

Obama is the first President to threaten insurance companies if they publicly speak-out on the reasons for their rate increases.

Obama is the first President to spend a trillion dollars on shovel-ready jobs and later admit there was no such thing as shovel-ready jobs.

Obama is the first President to abrogate bankruptcy law to turn over control of companies to his union supporters.

Obama is the first President to by-pass Congress and implement the Dream Act through executive fiat.

Sure if your idea of 'work with them' is "You do what I say, or I lock you out and do it anyway". Obamas idea of 'compromise' funnily always bubbles down to "I get what I want right now, you get what you want later.... unless I decide to change my mind." and considering how quick he flips for convenience, his promises aren't worth the price of toilet paper to print them on.
