  • @Varavaken Your skepticism is fine. It's just out of balance. Now you recognize your skepticism, how about research the subject matter or perhaps find a local event, and go see it first hand. Have someone work w/you. That way, you will have a "balanced" perspective & your skepticism won't be so one-sided. it's about neutrality. Guilty feelings are real. It happens. But if that thought pattern of guilt continues,out of balance, it becomes detrimental to your overall health. ie: back pain. peace.
