The UK operates closed, secret Family courts. Parents are stopped from reporting what happens inside them. Therefore CAFCASS, Social Services and Medical Experts have free rein, with no consequences for mistakes. They are not held accountable for what they say or do.
These closed courts have no juries, and yet they can imprison without an open trial, and they give Extreme sentences... This Autumn they gave a 71 year old grandfather, SEVEN times the length of sentence that a drug dealer would get. The pensioners crime? He sent a letter to a Grandson. See what we mean?
Mothers for Justice want to open these courts, to the press, to prevent miscarriages of Justice.
Open Courts allow Social Services, CAFCASS and medical "experts" to be challenged in case an error has occurred.
We believe many miscarriages of justice do occur each and every year. The parents take the brunt of this, the state is not held accountable.

Disgraceful. 215 MPs know of this CALUMNY and there is no HOME OFFICE INVESTIGATION into EACH CASE. And I know of one HYPOCRITE MP who made a report to the HOUSE. He still has my return stamp. And another one who just wrote his first name on a commons note in reply.

I dont blame the Judges - I lay the blame firmly in Cafcass s lap - they are responsible - they should be accountable.... Roll on opening secret family courts - Im sick of being gagged!

Ive got to thank the UK mothers for justice for the motivation,myself im mostly brittish but in australia ozzies dont appear to have the get up and go that us poms do ill goto jail for the cause cps are all sitting back laughing at us all shit bags DOCs as they are in nsw thankyou again

@UKSecretCourts Did your laws SUDDENLY change Reform? any success stories? SS paid more than lip service here and if your determined and not GAGGED and not currently going through this torture you can do hat I did. Wrongful Removal against Court Directive is contempt of court.

i would love to help more but how do you start making people believe this happens is hard, i know because im fighting social workers from getting my three now any advice anyone?

The Times and The Telegraph are supporting the Anti SS stance. The word is getting out, that social workers are out of control.

Hi, we're taking ss to court because the psychiatrists locked me up and drugged me to cover up mistake. 25/11/09 Dumbarton Sheriff court. They made stuff up then lied and it just snowballed. MWC seem like hitler in Scotland and mental health institutions are like nazi germany. No human rights. Self governed. Only finished after husband obtaining 2nd opinion.

Look at Fran Lyon. After the doctor saw her on Sky news he diagnosed her with MSBP - without even meeting her!!
Sweden gave her a clean bill of health!
The SS are out of control, like the MAFIA!
