Mate! this is not right, the chords are all wrong. In third bar, the chord should be Am7b5 so your melody note should be Eb not E natural. Also, the chord in bar 2 should be G# diminished. The rest of your melody is fine but the backing chords just sound toy town and wrong. Hate to criticize but if you put stuff up on Youtube you have to expect it. It is positive criticism though.
