This video includes some basic pick tips and a demonstration how much you "choke up" on the pick matters for strumming or picking. Also, I show the 3 muscle groups involved in picking in what I call picking from the elbow, turning the doorknob motion, and circle picking. • one of the silliest guitar lessons i have ever watched

  • @jrpimpdog people who play guitar to look cool wear it low, people who want to sound good and play becouse they love music mostly wear it high(for some styles its best to wear it low but for the majority of styles and techniques you can play way more accurate and have way better tone wearing your guitar high)

  • @sgrouge Nah I won't agree to that but i doesn't matter.Tbh I'm not sure if my comment is directed to you and reading it after a year all i have to say is it doesn't make any godamn sense...Watched your video again didn't find anything weird this time so i don't know maybe i was drunk today 1 year ago...

  • @mhtsos12 fast is not music, its only a soup of notes

  • jeez,first 3 minutes nothing but talk!!

    play the damn guitar!!

  • Some of the fastest players in the world only use wrist. Not sure how fast you pick but although i can't be sure i don't think your wrist has reached it's speed limit more like it's a technique thing that doesn't allow you to pick faster.

  • good lesson man. can you post more about strumming? So that it would be fluent and effective i still don't know if i'm doing it right or wrong. thank you
