Hey Elizabeth, I hope you make it to the Food Network, because my culinary friends told me that the food network show is the devil (which is somewhat true) and I hope that you will make it to make that change. It's about time that we find a cook that will help other viewers to stay healthy. Plus, you look natural on camera. :) If you don't make it, that means the food network casting agents are retarded; I mean, what the hell were they thinking for hiring Sandra Lee?!

Thanks for the encouragement. It is a difficult to get to the Food Network but there are other venues. I am hosting a show on an on-line network called BigIsGood.tv. Will be posting more videos there soon.

I tried out in San Francisco. I am curious who they picked for season 6. One thing I heard is that if you get an agent you have a better chance of getting past the casting agents to the decision makers. You're great on camera! Good luck and keep trying!

I think the problem isn't you - it's that you look too much like Sandra, and your "take" on cooking is very similar to two chefs already on their network.

Don't ever get down they haven't picked you. Remember the NFNS is a TV show and they are not looking so much for who will be the best Star, but rather a group of people that will make a great TV show - you have to have heroes and villains, good and bad, etc.
