主料 / 紅蟳1隻、蚵仔120克、透抽120克、竹筍100克、芹菜2支、白飯300克、香菇4朵、蒜頭酥1大匙、薑絲20克、高湯1200cc
醬料 / 淡色醬油3大匙、白胡椒粉1大匙
做法 /
1、紅蟳剪除肺葉與氣囊,切成6小塊。
2、熱水川燙紅蟳、蚵仔、透抽備用。
3、鍋中加入高湯與白飯、香菇筍絲、薑絲略煮;
4、加入紅蟳、透抽煮2-3分鐘加入蚵仔,放入淡色醬油與胡椒粉,灑上蒜頭酥與芹菜末即可。
