[Tutorial] PokeGen BW - 3rd Gen Normal/Event Pokemon

THIS SHOULD WORK ON RANDOM MATCHUP! DO NOT ASK HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR POKEMON!

So people have asked me to throw out this tutorial for a while now, so I thought I should deliver. This tutorial will let you be able to create not only Pokemon with 3rd gen only moves, but also Event Pokemon that were 3rd gen only (WishMence, Wish Chansey, etc).

Please follow the tutorial until the end, try it, and if it doesn't work, look at the Pokemon file. If everything is just like the video and it looks similar to the WishMence file I have provided, but does not work on Random Matchup, then contact me and I will try to help, BUT I WON'T MAKE THE POKEMON FOR YOU!
