but westlife sings excellently. My love makes me cry! awesome singers. I wish they wud never leave. they are gonna disband in 2012.

westlife commercialized the version. and they gave it a thunderous ending, to sell it.
backstreet wanted it to be more intimate, and this was backstreet song. westlife just tweaked it. no wonder westlife's songs are childish. they cannot have such mature and meaningful lyrics.

backstreet: they can sing song from every genre, be it pop, rock, dance, R&B, and hip-hop
They have 4 lead singers. they harmonize better, their chorus is better. they can sing acapella at the drop of a hat. they can dance well. They have BRIAN LITRELL!! i haven't seen such power and range.
westlife: good singers, but mostly airy voices. 2 leads. can sing mostly pop, and dance. cannot dance. very boring live performance. not very original.

ok people this was backstreet boys' song. westlife just covered it. but bsb toiled hard, and worked heart and soul to create it. And what westlife does, put it on their album, and earn money through this. dont u think that's cheating. secondly, in this song, westlife after 2:40 got the song beefed up, by adding instruments and all, but their voices were barely audible. backstreet kept it relatively simple, and their voices could be heard clearly.

I've always liked Westlife, but reading the comments made by their fans in this video... Man. Of course, the Backstreet Boys after 18 years together still color my world.
And when a member of Westlife writes a song for BSB... THEN we can discuss which group is better than the other.
