What kind of optical clarity can you get when vacuum forming polycarbonate with a finished thickness of .22"?
Also, what is the temperature range where polycarbonate becomes workable?
Thanks...

The ideal temperature for working with Polycarbonate is about 280 degrees Fahrenheit. The optical clarity will really depend on what you are forming it into and what kind of form tool you are using. For skylights, you can see through it easy enough but looking through it for extended periods of time ( 2 or 3 hours ) may cause dizzyness.
