@CWOhobbes so you said butter makes the crepe rubbery? I want to try this receipe and I also like a little bit of buttery flavor too? Should I use the butter (even just a tiny bit)?

@CWOhobbes would u plz suggest me.? My pan is non stick pan but it still stuck on pan.. I turn on very hot(9, 0 to 9 scales) at first and put butter... when Im going to but Crepe, i turn it to (5). I try many times..

i personally prefer to spray my special sauce into the pan before adding the mixture i find it gives a much more salted and creamy flavour.

for all the people saying, "they talk slow", its so that you can take in the information or follow along...
i personally like my crepes crisp, not rubbery. If you use a non-stick pan, you shouldn't need butter...
