That's just ridiculous it is obvious he is lifted by a wire or something else (propably wire judging by the 0:46 - 0:50 ). The center of weight is way below the direction of thrust which would make him spin violently and drop in the water propably a couple of meters from the pier. Besides that's not nearly enough "pet bottle rockets" to launch him that far even if the center of weight was in the direction of the thrust and the flight was stabilized.
