So, the "simple equation" teaches us that we must confiscate the resources of those with a proven track record of multiplying the value of their resources, and hand them out to those with a proven track record of being broke. Your plan rocks! =:-p

When I speak of the poorest people in the poorest nations, they are perpetually impoverished because their economic position is such that they cannot even reach the bottom rung of the economic ladder... they are unable to ascend from the rut they are in. It is up to those of us in a position to help to do so.
